Understand renewals and subscriptions
Check your next due date and the payment method associated with your service.
Review your service billing
Open the service from the client dashboard and review its billing details and next due date. The renewal period is the period selected for that service.
Check your payments for any outstanding renewal invoice.
Check automatic payments
Open Subscriptions to review payment subscriptions linked to your account. If a service offers balance renewal, check that setting on the service and make sure your wallet has sufficient funds.
Do not assume that placing an order automatically enables recurring payments.
Change a subscription
Use the subscription controls available in your client area. Canceling a payment subscription stops that subscription's automatic charges; it does not by itself confirm a service-cancellation request.
Review the service status and current terms separately if you want to stop hosting.
Avoid an overdue service
Keep your billing email current and check renewal notices. If a payment fails, resolve the invoice or contact support before the due date.
Suspension, retention, and cancellation conditions depend on the service and current terms. Keep your own backups rather than relying on a service remaining available after its billing period ends.
